Resum

The search for planets around other stars has taken a giant leap
forward with the launch of NASA's Kepler Mission, which has been in
operation for 3 years. I will review some of its most exciting
discoveries in the field of transiting planets, including multiple
systems, planets in the habitable zone of their parent stars, rocky
planets that are smaller than the Earth, and tantalizing evidence that
small planets like the Earth may be common around Sun-like stars.
