TITLE: "The First Light Adaptive Optics System of the Large Binocular
Telescope"

ABSTRACT:
After a brief introduction on Adaptive Optics for astronomy, I will
present the LBT and the FLAO system in its layout and performances.
Then, I will suggest how to identify suitable targets for observation
with FLAO and show some example of successful observations.
