estructura similar a la del
protón, pero con dos quarks
charm en vez de dos quarks up,
lo que hace que su masa sea
cuatro veces mayor. El hallazgo

últimas semanas un hito crucial
en el avance del Gran
Colisionador de Hadrones de Alta
Luminosidad (HiLumi LHC, por sus
siglas en inglés). Ha comenzado
el enfriamiento criogénico del
banco de pruebas, una réplica a
escala de 95 m del equipamiento
que transformará el LHC en los
próximos años. La contribución
española está en la primera
línea del proyecto, tanto en el
desarrollo de las pruebas como
en la mejora del colisionador. <a
