                                    Resum

   This talk describes the application of recently-derived techniques for
 understanding neutrino oscillations within fluctuating media to compute how
   MSW oscillations are affected by helioseismic waves. They are found to
 produce larger effects than one might have expected, but effects which are
                   nonetheless too small to be observed.
