                                    Resum

  Average results on B production and decays (b-hadrons production rates in
  b-jets, lifetimes, oscillations and semileptonic decays) obtained in the
 framework of the LEP Heavy Flavour Steering Group will be detailed. It will
shown also that B decay properties and CP violation in the K system are well
explained by the Standard Model CP violation mechanism with a single phase.
