                                    Resum

 We study the helioseismic waves behavior in the presence of magnetic fields
  within the Sun in the framework of linear MHD equations. It is shown that
 there exists a certain inner solar region where these waves might lead to a
 significant enchancement of the matter density variations as compare to the
  background profile. Possible applications of this effect to MSW neutrino
                         oscillations are outlined.
