                                    Resum

  We show the prospects for neutral Higgs Boson search and discovery within
   the Standard Model (SM) and Minimal supersymmetric model standard model
 (MSSM) at hadron colliders. Associated SM and MSSM Higgs bosons production
  with gauge bosons search is discussed. Some interesting aspects of Higgs
   boson search at large $\tan\beta$ in MSSM are shown. Pair production of
neutral Higgs bosons at hadron colliders was investigated. It was shown that
    neutral Higgs boson pair production might even be observable in the 4
b-quark final state during the next run of the Tevatron collider. Associated
 single Higgs boson production with top-quark pair is discussed in relation
   with the possibility of 'Htt' Yukawa coupling measurement at the LHC.
