                                    Resum

  The maximum temperature of the early Universe after inflation ends can be
 higher than the ``reheat temperature'' when the Universe becomes radiation
     dominated. If the reheat temperature is below the electroweak phase
transition temperature, but T_{max} > T_{EPT}, electroweak B+L violation may
             be used to generate the observed baryon asymmetry.
