                                    Resum

    The effects of CP-violating phases on the electric dipole moments of
 electron and neutron are analyzed in the constrained minimal supersymmetric
      model. The parameter regions are indicated which are excluded by
 simultaneous consideration of the experimental bounds of both electron and
  neutron EDM. The weak and electric dipole moment form factors of the top
                           quark are calculated.
